FAQ

  • It’s hard to know what every mom’s circumstance is. Some of our mamas have seen results in days while others 2-4+ weeks. Overall effective + efficient consistency here is what matters!

  • These are on-demand video courses which you have lifetime access to! Due to nature of product, courses are final sale.

  • Yes! Our NEW content has a section specifically dedicated to nursing mamas showing methods & examples on how to optimize milk production! We mainly use ways to incorporate your pump but ALSO talk about other methods.

  • Congratulations! At this time, pregnancy is one of those things where unfortunately not much can be done to increase production due to pregnancy hormones inhibiting milk making hormones. We do have a Breastfeeding 101 course that would be perfect for you in preparation of your baby on all things nursing & pumping!

  • This course is for moms who either nurse, pump, or both.

We have had moms who are over 11 months postpartum. It is usually NEVER to late to increase supply.

Great if you want a stash for work, had a sick day, saw a dip, supplement, or would like to collect more milk.

If you are interested in re-lactation, this course is PERFECT for you as well!

  • If you currently have supply concerns related but not limited to medical conditions like IGT, thyroid related concerns, placenta retention at delivery, etc. This course can offer pointers but your best bet is to see a skilled lactation professional like an IBCLC to get 1:1 support. We offer FREE consultations depending on insurance with our IBCLC team and offer self-pay! For more info please click here.
